State Champion FFA Livestock Judging Team

The Livestock Judging Team of Lyle Perrier, Corinne Nelson, TJ Mills, and Hannah Perrier were named State Champions at the 2024 Kansas FFA State Contests on April 30. Hannah was 5th high individual overall and 6th in oral reasons. Lyle claimed 6th high individual overall and 9th in oral reasons. Corinne won the oral reasons division. The team will represent the state of Kansas at the National Livestock Judging Contest in late October 2024 in Indianapolis, IN.
The Eureka FFA Meats Evaluation Team finished Reserve State Champions. Team members are Lyle Perrier, Hannah Perrier, Addison Westerman, and TJ Mills. The following overall individual honors were received: Lyle 3rd, Addison 4th, and Hannah 10th. The Meats team will represent Kansas FFA at the National Western Roundup in Denver, CO in early January 2025.
Corinne Nelson, Wylee Boulanger, Levi Jones, and Brenn Hilton participated in the Vet Science contest. Sylvie Frakes competed in the Floriculture contest.
