FFA Named 8th High Overall Meats Evaluation Team

Hannah Perrier, Addison Westerman, Cody Johnson, and Corinne Nelson represented Eureka FFA at the National FFA Meats Evaluation Contest. The contest was held at Purdue University on October 30, 2025. The contest consisted of 40 retail ID, 7 placing classes, 2 sets of questions, beef carcass grading, written exam, and a team activity. All team members finished in the gold division (top 51 kids). The team landed in 8th place overall. There were 42 teams from across the nation with a total of 168 contestants.
