1st Grade Visits Cowtown

To deepen our first graders understanding as to how life was different long ago and how it has changed, our 1st graders traveled to the Old Cowtown Museum in Wichita on Oct. 8th. Students got to see a one-room school house, as well as visit an old general store, tailor shop, stables, a homestead and many other exhibits. Students also got to watch a Blacksmith while he made tools in his workshop as well as climb aboard a stagecoach and wagon.
