Early Childhood & Preschool Happenings!
We are about to finish our first full-week of school already! Students & teachers are getting in the routine of school, classroom expectations and exploring the room. Students have had the chance to explore markers, glue sticks, liquid glue, paints, scissors and so much more! Bingo daubers, playdoh and water colors seem to be the favorite activities so far.
Next week we will begin all of our regular curriculum. We will begin with letter Cc, Eureka Math, Really Great Reading (phonics) and more! Students will begin to bring more activities home so you will be able to see all that they are learning. A newsletter will be sent home explaining what they are learning for the week so you can help review at home. We greatly appreciate you working with your child and reading to them at home, it helps them grow so much!
Monday, September 14th, we will host Grandparent’s Day for the morning and afternoon classes. A letter went home explaining the details. We have several fun activities and keepsakes planned for the grandparents and we are excited to celebrate our grandparents!
We are looking forward to a wonderful year with our students. Thank you for sharing & trusting us with your sweet child.
They become a huge part of our hearts and we enjoy them very much!
